The People You Will Meet
Ritchie, Founder and Painter
Ritchie leads Rix Painting and sets the standard for every job. With more than 25 years of experience, he is hands-on with quality and passionate about getting the details right.
Ngaire and the Rix Painting Crew
Ngaire and the wider Rix team bring skill, reliability and a friendly approach to every property we visit. Together, we share one goal: a finish you are proud of and a process you feel good about.
Behind Ritchie's 25 years of hands-on painting expertise is a business partner with a background in senior management, leadership and business operations. Together, they combine true craftsmanship on the tools with the organisation, planning and accountability that keep every project on time, well communicated and run professionally from the first call to the final clean-up.
Why a Team Matters When You Choose a Painter
A painting project involves more than brushes and rollers. It involves scheduling, preparation, protecting your belongings, applying coats correctly and cleaning up afterwards. A coordinated team brings consistency to each stage and keeps your project moving. That is why Rix Painting is about the whole team: when you hire us, you get the combined experience, care and accountability of everyone involved.
What We Stand For
Quality Workmanship
We prepare surfaces properly, use careful techniques and take the time to achieve a clean, consistent finish that lasts.
Clear Communication
You will always know what is happening, when we are arriving and what comes next. Questions are welcome at any stage of your project.
Jobs Big and Small
We treat a single-room repaint with the same care as a full commercial property, because every customer deserves our best.
Trusted by Auckland Homeowners and Businesses
Our five-star reputation has been built one project at a time. Homeowners, landlords, business owners and property managers across Auckland rely on us for painting that looks great and is delivered professionally. We value every review, and you can read what our customers say on our Google Business Profile.
Where We Work
We serve Helensville, Kumeu, West Auckland, the North Shore and North-west Auckland, as well as wider Auckland. Whether your property is a family home, a rental property, a shopfront or a large commercial building, we would love to hear about it.
